FAQ

  • The seed for CS Connect was sown in 2016, when Saahil transitioned from Sales into CS.

Not knowing what CSM's really do, he organised a meetup at the Hoxton Hotel in Amsterdam. The first meetup was 3 CSMs gathered around the table, complaining about sales.

After several years of organising meetups and webinars, Saahil realised the transformative power of the community has silently had on his own career.

With the aim of having as many CS folks experience this transformative change in their career though the power of collaborative learning, he started CS Connect in Jan 2023.

2023-24 was all about understanding how we could serve the community better.

We realise, the biggest impact we can have on customer success is by nurturing the a new breed of CS leaders, which is why in 2025 we're going to launch a platform for aspiring and experienced CS leaders.

  • Our intention is to connect and give aspiring and experienced CS leaders with a platform to connect, learn and grow!

    Learn. Leap. Lead.

We believe, as SaaS is evolving, CS needs to play a big part in this change. And we can make this change only by developing the a new generation of CS leaders.

CS Connect helps nurture these leaders by delivering in-person and virtual learning moments across Europe in cities like Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Bucharest and more.

  • At CS Connect, we believe in a no nonsense and inclusive way of building a CS community.

We believe in not only covering the academic of customer success but also the practicalities of customer success.

So if you're looking to get into CS, or are an experienced CS leader, we've got you covered.

From tips on surviving your initial first few days as a new CSM or as a leader connecting with and learning from other CS leaders.

  • CS is the youngest function in SaaS. We're like babies compared to other functions who've been around for decades!

At CS Connect we believe the only way for us to level up, not be seen as cost centre, have a seat at the table (and all the other good things) is to start developing the next generation of CS leaders.

We do this by connecting aspiring CS leaders, with established CS leaders through our various online and offline events.

We believe by doing this, established leaders can share their knowledge and help aspirants leaders accelerate their journey to leading a team and a new breed of CS leader.

Learn. Leap. Lead. That is our motto.

We intend to positively impact the careers of 1000 CS professionals.

  • Saahil and everyone involved in building CS Connect thinks that by sharing knowledge and supporting each other, everyone can do a better job in customer success.

To level up CS, we need an army of new gen CS leaders.

CS Connect want to do it's tiny part in the mission of levelling up CS.
