Become a chapter lead

Bring CS Connect to your city.

Our chapters are the heart of CS Connect. Small, in-person, hosted by senior CS leaders who care about their local community. If your city doesn't have a chapter yet, you might be exactly the right person to start one. We'll support you. You bring the community.

The role

What chapter leads actually do.

It's not a full-time gig. Most chapter leads spend 4–6 hours a quarter on it. Real responsibilities, real impact, but designed to fit alongside a senior CS role.

01 · Host

Run quarterly Circles.

Four small-group in-person gatherings a year in your city. We provide the format, framework, and member matching. You bring the local hospitality and host with us.

02 · Curate

Help us find the right members.

You know the senior CS leaders in your city better than we do. We'll lean on you to identify and invite people who'd be a real fit for the community.

03 · Source

Pick the venue, set the vibe.

You choose where the Circle happens. A restaurant, a hotel, a friend's office. We help with budgets and logistics. The aesthetic is small, intimate, never corporate.

04 · Represent

Be the face of CS Connect locally.

When people in your city ask about CS Connect, you're who they talk to. We support you with materials, training, and a private chapter-leads channel.

What you get

You get more out of this than you put in.

The Leading tier, unlocked

Full access to The Board, Advisory Room, Board Exchange, Boardroom Brief, and every room in between, for as long as you're an active chapter lead.

Onboarding & training

A 90-minute training call, the chapter playbook, and ongoing 1:1 support from Lotte. You're never figuring it out alone.

Private chapter-leads community

A small group of fellow chapter leads across Europe. You'll learn from them and share what's working in your city.

Profile in your city

Your name and profile on the website. Recognition in member-only channels. A real platform locally.

The network is the payoff

You'll build real relationships with CS leaders across your region and beyond, the kind that outlast any single role. The insight you pick up, the knowledge you trade, the people you meet: that's worth more than any fee, and it's yours to keep.

What we ask of you.

Honest expectations so we both know what we're signing up for.

i
Rooted in Customer Success

You don't need a VP title. You do need real experience in Customer Success and the credibility to bring CS people together, host honestly, and keep a pulse on what your local community needs.

ii
4–6 hours a quarter

One Circle every three months plus prep. Not a full-time gig, but not a one-off either.

iii
Living in or near a major European city

You need to be able to host in-person events locally. Remote-only chapter leads don't work.

iv
A 6-month commitment

Chapter leads sign on for six months at a time. Long enough to build something. Short enough to step away if it's not working.

v
Alignment on community norms

No sales pitches. Confidentiality. Curation over scale. If those don't sit right with you, this isn't the role.

Sound like you? Tell us about yourself.

We review every application personally. If it's a fit, we'll set up a 30-minute call to talk through what your chapter could look like.
