The basics 5 questions
CS Connect is a small, curated community for Customer Success leaders across Europe. We run small-group expert events, in-person chapter gatherings, peer-matched leadership pods, and senior-tier formats designed for VPs and Heads of CS.
We've been building it since 2016 and launched our paid membership model in 2026.
CS leaders specifically. Not CSMs, not Sales, not Marketing. We support three stages of CS leadership through three tiers:
- Rising. First-time CS leads · New team leads
- Operating. CS Managers · Directors · Heads of CS
- Leading. VPs · Senior Heads · Multi-team Directors
We're an Amsterdam-headquartered European community with active chapters in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Bucharest, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Prague, and Vienna, and growing.
The community has existed since 2016. The formal membership model launched in 2026. So we're new in structure, but not in substance. We've had nearly a decade to figure out what works.
Our chapters are European, our events are scheduled in European time zones, and most members are based in Europe. Non-European leaders are welcome to apply, but the in-person Circles will only be useful if you're traveling to or based near a chapter city.
Membership 7 questions
Rising (€199/yr founding · €299 standard) is built around the Leadership Lab, a monthly small-group expert-led event, plus quarterly Connectors Circles and 1 annual Advisory Room ticket. Roughly 1 event most months.
Operating (€349/yr founding · €449 standard) swaps the Lab for The Board, a bi-monthly peer-matched pod of 3–5 CS leaders at your stage. Plus Connectors Circles and 2 Advisory Room tickets per year. Peer-heavy, in the work.
Leading (€699/yr founding · €899 standard) keeps The Board and adds the full Boardroom suite: full Advisory Room access (bi-monthly), Board Exchange (quarterly peer 1:1), and The Boardroom Brief (monthly private newsletter).
See the full comparison for details.
The first 50 members get founding rates. €199 Rising, €349 Operating, €699 Leading. Once a tier fills (20 Rising, 20 Operating, 10 Leading) it closes at founding price and reopens at the standard rate.
Founding members keep their locked-in rate as long as they stay subscribed.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal.
Pick the tier that matches where you are now, not where you're aiming. If you're a senior CSM who's been promised promotion next quarter, start with Rising. If you're a brand-new VP, start with Leading. If you're unsure, apply and we'll talk.
Yes, any time. Cancelling stops your renewal, and you keep full access until the end of your current term. We don't lock you in and we don't make it hard.
If it's not for you, email us within your first 60 days or before your second event, virtual or in-person, whichever comes first. We'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After that there are no refunds, but you can cancel renewal any time.
Yes. We review every application to make sure CS Connect is a fit for you and you're a fit for the community. The form takes ~3 minutes. We respond within 48 hours, usually faster.
Events & formats 5 questions
Leadership Labs and The Advisory Room are recorded and live in your members library. Connectors Circles, The Board, and Board Exchange are off the record. No recordings, no notes shared outside the room. That's intentional.
European time zones. Most events are scheduled for late afternoon CET (Amsterdam time) so they work across Western and Eastern Europe.
Yes. Selected Leadership Labs and Connectors Circles are open on a pay-per-event basis. The Board, Advisory Room, Board Exchange, and Boardroom Brief stay members-only.
Members who attend 4–6 events in their first year report the highest value. Don't try to do all 12 or 20 in your tier. Pick the ones that match what you're working on right now.
Recorded events (Labs, Advisory Room) appear in the library within 48 hours. Off-the-record events you'll catch next time. That's part of the deal.
Company invoicing & L&D 4 questions
Absolutely. Many of our members get it expensed under their L&D, professional development, or training budget. We can invoice your company directly with VAT details, PO numbers, and a custom description if needed.
Yes. Email us at info@joincsconnect.com and we'll send you a one-pager to share with your manager or L&D team.
Yes, but with a caveat. Our peer formats (especially The Board) are built around diversity of company contexts. If 4 people from one company joined the same Board pod, the value would collapse. We typically cap company seats at 2–3 and place members in different cohorts.
Your membership is personal, not tied to your employer. If you change companies, your membership comes with you. If your new role changes your tier (e.g. you got promoted to VP), let us know and we'll upgrade you.
Chapters & cities 4 questions
Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Bucharest, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Prague, Vienna. New chapters open every quarter.
You can still join. Your quarterly Circles will be virtual instead of in-person, and you'll get full access to everything else. If you want to bring CS Connect to your city, we'd love to talk. Apply to be a chapter lead.
Each chapter runs a Connectors Circle quarterly. Small (8–10 people), in-person, hosted by your local chapter lead. Always in a real venue, never a corporate office. Off the record, so people can be honest.
If you're traveling, yes. Let us know in advance and we'll get you on the local guest list, space permitting.
Community norms 4 questions
No. Zero. We have a strict no-pitches policy in every event, and we enforce it. The experts we bring are practitioners and leaders, not vendors. If a CS tools company wants to be involved, we have a separate sponsorship model that doesn't involve them speaking.
Yes. Most events operate under a "what's shared here stays here" norm. Connectors Circles, The Board, Board Exchange, and the Boardroom Brief are explicitly off the record. We don't share names, companies, or details outside the room.
We take this seriously. Anyone violating community norms (pitching in events, sharing what was meant to stay private, being disrespectful) gets a private conversation. Repeat behaviour ends the membership without refund. We've done it before. We'll do it again.
Not to members-only events. For PAYG-open events, yes. Your guest pays the per-event fee. For chapter Circles, ask your chapter lead. Sometimes there's room for a guest if they're a senior CS leader considering membership.
